LOCAL SHIPMENTS
Delivery Methods Available
Orders can now be placed locally through our website. Please ensure that when purchasing from our website you see the lock symbol. Remember to choose Barbados Dollars as your currency of choice. After you have added the products to your cart go through the steps and select whether you are coming to our store to collect, or whether you require them to be delivered. In your comments section you can also indicate your preferences.
An Island-wide delivery fee of BDS$5.00 will apply. If you are collecting from our studio there is no charge.
Please note that orders placed before 6:00 a.m. will be delivered the same day, while orders placed after 6:00 a.m. will be delivered the following day. Processing of all orders depends on availability of stock and, if we cannot fulfill this order you will be notified immediately.
If you are not comfortable with making your purchase online, please feel free to visit our studio or call us to place your order in advance. The method is entirely up to you.
Studio Hours
Our studio hours are as follows:
Monday to Friday: 11:00 a.m to 10:00 p.m.
Saturday: 9:00 a.m to 10:00 p.m.
Sunday: 12:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
Bulk Orders
We accept requests for bulk orders and advise that you should call or e-mail us if any of our products are required in bulk.
Cancellations
Kindly call or e-mail us if your order is no longer required. We prefer if you inform us immediately, but if you can't please let us know within the same day, so that our records can be updated accordingly.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS
Shipment Methods Available
All international orders will be shipped via Expedited Mail Service (EMS). This service usually carries a delivery time of three (3) to five (5) days dependent on the country and is handled by our General Post Office.
Please note that we try to offer the best service possible, however all orders are subject to availability of product. You will be informed immediately if a product you have ordered is out-of-stock. We will indicate the time and date we expect the product in stock, so please be patient with us.
We currently ship to the Caribbean, North and South America and Europe. If you need to place an order, and you need your country added please e-mail us at sales@nicandsammy.com so we can update our information immediately. On our website you can make payments in the following currencies:
